The goal of this two-day event is to raise awareness in the community about how the hospital touches lives on a daily basis, as well as to raise funds to support hospital programs, all while having a good time. We have something for everyone. A radio-thon and health fair will kick off the weekend on Friday, followed by a Saturday morning 5k run/walk in downtown Opelika, and a Saturday night celebration party. Participate in one event or participate in all!

Since 1952, East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC) has been caring for our community. The hospital was born out of the desire of a group of citizens who were determined to provide state-of-the-art health care to the people of east Alabama. That desire still drives us today.
